Face Detection in iOS using OpenGLSL, Open CV or Metal

We are looking for an iOS developer who will be working on an ongoing project. We need to implement the code for face detection (eyes, nose, lips, face contour, hair, eyebrows) using OpenGLSL, OpenCV or Metal in Xcode for iOS devices. Detection of eyes, nose, lips, face contour, hair, eyebrows should be perfectly ideal. We do prefer Metal for this algorithm. Very important: We need separate results for eyes, nose, lips, face contour, hair, eyebrows in one Face detection Algorithm that you should provide to us. You can find in the attachments a few examples of how it should work. Please check attachments first!
