We are developing a IOS app like this one [login to view URL] I need to rent a coder only for the TCP connection (the design and the other functions of the app is ready) We need to receive (from DVR, we have a ready to use address IP/Username/Password) the raw H264 image using TCP Socket not RTSP (we already use RTSP but TCP Socket is faster)
