Write an iPad application

Waiting room application needed. Works as follows: Administrative office enters a list of patients to be seen the following day. The list includes patient name, counselor name, date/time, and the copay amount due and can be entered by uploading a flat file. The following day the patient arrives in a different office where the patient finds an ipad kiosk running in guided access mode. The patient selects the 'welcome' button. The patient is then prompted to type his/her last name and first name The app searched for the patient based on the administrative office entries from the night before The patient is asked to confirm his/her name The patient is informed that for his/her appointment with [therapist] at [time] today, there is a balance due of $[xx]. The patient is asked how he/she would like to pay and sees 3 big buttons: CASH, CHECK, CREDIT CARD If patient selects cash, the client is told: please give your payment to your therapist If the patient selects check, the client is told, please enter the check number If patient selects credit card, an amazon merchant payments app is launched which then prompts the patient to swipe his/her credit card and pay. Then once payment is made and confirmed, we're done and the system is ready for the next patient REQUIREMENTS: Admin interface should be browser/computer based (not ipad) No data should be stored on the ipad for security purposes
