I am looking for an experienced iOS app developer to create an app for both iPhone and iPad. The main purpose of the app is to help restaurants recover customers and increase customer retention. Features and functionalities: - Should be able to assign up to 200 users to this app with username and password - Information entered must be auditable to see what user entered the data - App has two sections, one to enter customer complaints and information to generate a QR code and second section to scan the customer QR code to be able to see the information entered to recover the guest - Section 1:Should be able to enter customer name, phone number , order date and time, description of their complaint , instruction on how to recover and manager's name starting the process. After submitting this information to the app , a unique QR barcode will be generated and is sharable to be sent to the customer via email. - section 2: Customer is coming back to the restaurant and manager on duty can scan the code and see the complaint detail. user should be able to mark this QR code as " used" so this QR code can't be used multiple times , this will close the complaint and case. - A summary of all transactions must be available on the app for future refrence, showing what active QR codes exist and which ones are redeemed. Design: - The client has a general design concept in mind for the app - The app should have an intuitive and user-friendly interface - The design should be visually appealing and reflect the branding of the restaurant Ideal skills and experience: - Proficiency in iOS app development, specifically for both iPhone and iPad - Experience with push notifications, loyalty programs, and reservation systems - Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles - Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing designs - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the client and understand their ideas and requirements.
