I have an app which fetches the contacts and displays their numbers in a list on my app thing is some of the contacts are being fetched, Like if we delete and re-add them they will appear (and their profile pic on the contacts app also disappears). This is happening with some of the devices with some of the contacts I think it's happening because those contacts are stored in different Accounts or something like that so it's not fetching all of them. 2. Some of the devices are not reciving Push Notifications even in the Dashboard it says the message was delievered
