SEO, Ranking & Link Building (Directories,Social etc)

This is a repost of my initial project which I have closed because I want to be absolutely clear, give more details of what i want and what is the current situation with my website and therefore anyone who will bid to have a better understanding of the work that needs to be done. My website has already high ranking with more than 5-6 different keywords, it has been online since early 2014 (as to the domain's age). I am also interested in creating a new website since the current one is getting old. I want also your opinion if I should created a new website and then do the SEO. Anyways my ranking up to a few months ago was in positions 1 and 2 with those specific keywords now it's 4-5 position. It has most of the social accounts running (fb, ig, twitter etc) and about 30+ backlinks. I do a bit of SEO myself and i work with Joomla, i am just not that advanced and quite frankly I don't have the time. That been said, I believe since my website is already in high positions on google and if you know what you are doing it shouldn't be so difficult to reach the goal. Please don't copy and paste the same thing in your bid that you post with any bid, i prefer personalised responses. Furthermore, I am a reliable professional who is looking for a reliable professional, if I am satisfied with the current job....there are 16 (sixteen) more registered domains/websites looking to be developed and/or SE optimized. Last but not list: I am looking for Reviews, Experienced, Fluent in English SEO specialist and Proof of SEO skills is required (current websites that you have ranked at least at the 3 first positions on Google) Thank you all in advance, looking forward to hearing from you
