Looking for some with great deal of sales and account management experience who can train and improve our sales calls. I like to get someone who has made many sales calls in their life particularly in NZ / AU retails and consumer market. Can understand what to say and how melt the ice in first point of contact. We have some active and passive sales calls, Active calls - we are actively looking for new customer from the web, yellow page, online directory and own research. Explaining customer we do and how we can help. Passive sales - Targeting a specific group of businesses to whom we like work with and have specific goal which will be beneficial for both parties. Some one just natural in sales environment and can listen to our sales person call, run some role play to cover all kind scenario.
