Facebook and Instagram Marketing Programs

Before reading, It is important for me to say that I have the skills to make this program myself, but I do not have the time. I am looking for a freelancer constantly come back to for minor updates with ease. This person would be someone I would like to work with for the next few years and the tasks are simple, I am looking for a low cost and a quality product from a freelancer with great past reviews. REQUIREMENT: THIS FREELANCER MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CREATING FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM PROGRAMS IN THE PAST. I do not want to re-educate a freelancer who is not aware of the crazy small changes these social media make to deter programs. I am looking to create a program with functions for both Facebook and Instagram (Doesn’t need to be one program) BONUS: IF you are a freelancer with a similar product already created, MESSAGE ME AND EXPLAIN and I may choose to use your specific program. Facebook: Create a loop where the program logs in to the Facebook account, goes into the groups that it follows, posts a script, likes a certain amount of posts in that group, and move on to the next group. These actions will need to be separated by a timer (example: 5 seconds). This program needs the options for the following inputs: A script to post on the groups, a timer between each action (in seconds) , the amount of posts the program will like on that page before moving to its next action. This function will most likely be edited in a way where it may even need to comment or do other actions in the future, create this program in a way where it is easy to edit and add other functions if necessary. Speed is not necessary, quality is. This is the type of program that would actually benefit from opening each and every page if necessary to make it seem as human like as possible. Instagram: Create a loop where the program logs in to the Instagram account, goes on to a user’s following list and follows each account. Instagram has a limit between followers per hour. Input required: Instagram credentials, timer between each action (follow). Another function: Simply like each post on the news feed. Simple, inputs required: Instagram credentials, timer between each like. If you can figure out a way to possibly do both at the same time, then go ahead! But I believe Instagram would have some detection for both programs running at the same time. These are two completely different programs. Facebook is most likely possible with a simple chrome extension or a program that opens each instance in itself, however Instagram can be a bit tricky with its constant updates. SPEED IS NOT NECESSARY, it should be very simple to create these programs without any types of freezes based on pop up notifications, random messages, etc.
