500 quality PR5+ backlinks

The project success will be based on the website rank of the following search terms: opslagruimte opslag ruimte In order to become higher in the search rankings we like to start pushing a ‘soon to be put live’ website higher in the search engine rankings. We have a couple of domains with the above search terms in the Netherlands (.NL). One main domain should be pushed. 500 quality PR5+ backlinks or higher RELEVANT one way non-reciprocal dofollow links Domain URL and more search terms will be provided upon acceptance of awarding the project. Links must be built manually over 30 days. (Maximum 20 links to be created per day) GUIDELINES: • WHITE HAT ONLY - Absolutely NO black hat or Gray hat tactics • Preferably backlinks from relevant language websites • Links must be strictly from: Google PR5+ pages (NOT domains/ PR of the actual page where the link is placed). • NO Subdomains • All linking websites domain must be at least 3 Years old. • All links must be permanent ONE WAY non-reciprocal links from relevant websites. (NO Rented links). • No more than 20 other external links on same page where the link occurs. • Each link must be on separate domain (with unique IP address). • Each link must be on different C-class IP block. • Page should not be excluded by robots.txt. • Linked SITES must be search engine friendly, established and fully active. • All links must be in text, no graphics. • Link page must be search engine friendly, visible, readable and indexable. • Links must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, cloaking and other practices. • After completion of project you must provide a spreadsheet with all the 500 links and the Google PR for each. • Links must be permanent for at least 10 months • If links fall off within those 10 months, you will have to agree to replace them NOT ALLOWED: • No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc. • No links from: ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES, FORUMS, comments, torrent sites, from guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, gambling, ping sites, etc. • No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing. • No links from "under construction" pages. • No sites which ask for money later. • No use of automated software or bots. • No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages. • No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. • No forum posting • No commenting (blogs, articles, etc.) • No Directories • No press release distribution • No profile linking As for the guidelines: If you can't comply with these points above, do not bid. We will create a milestone payment for 100% and will release it after the job has been completed and we receive the list of the links. When the main page will be listed on the 1-5th place based on the search terms mentioned earlier a bonus of 250 will be awarded.
