I need High quality Aussie email list

Hello, I need Email Lists of any categories, but MUST be Australian emails. They should be Female only, and Id prefer group buying or shopping related if possible. You must mention which category your list belongs to. I don't want software harvested Email Lists, they have high rates of bouncing, and are useless for me. I am very interested in quality, fresh and recent lists. Here is a list of requirements: 1- Emails MUST be from Australia 2- Must explain how you received your email lists. 3- You must know that once again I'm interested in QUALITY, and not quantity. 4. Please list your price for 100k. 5- Email must be active, fresh, and have high quality. 6- I expect and need a high rate of email views (AT LEAST 10%) 7.
