As for the first floor, it consists of three master bedrooms, a hall for family sitting, a place for preparing juices and coffee, an office, and a children’s playroom, in addition to distinct and modern balconies. The house also consists of an internal garage and an external garage in the form of a canopy. The house is oriented towards the Qiblah of Muslims, and care must also be taken It has the direction of the movement of the sun and shadows to prevent direct heat, as well as the directions of the wind in the area...while the house contains a distinct and simple garden
