I am looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to help fill 6-10 mid-level positions within my company. The specific field we are looking to fill is Recruiting, and the positions are located at multiple locations within India. With the right candidate, I aim to find the best possible candidates for our open positions. The ideal candidate should have vast knowledge of the IT recruitment field, excellent communication skills, ability to find top talent through online portals, recruiters network and other sources, manage on-going onboarding process of candidates, coordinate with different teams and ensure that our hiring process is smooth. We are looking for someone who can work independently as well as part of a team, possess a strong work ethic and maintain a high level of integrity. The flexibility to work in different time zones, does not mind occasional travelling and has excellent people management skills.
