Background ___ specializes in helping our customers fund their projects through a myriad of ways. Bonneville is professional, buttoned up, creative, and knowledgeable. We need an Email template that conveys that message through design. We need you to design and program such a template. The first Email that we will be deployed in the new template will be the "Rate" Email. It will be sent every other week. The rate Email includes a table with all the current rates at that time. See attached Rate Table (available when the project is awarded) to be included in the Email and programmed to switch out the rates as needed. Please ensure that the Email is programmed to be mobile optimized, as 70 percent of Emails are opened on a mobile device. Objectives Below are the objectives to this Email in order of priority: 1. Contact Us 2. Credibility - Bonneville is the source for Multifamily Info. 3. Look Awesome! (Nonverbal Communication) 4. Impression (staying top of mind) 5. Convey the info Deliverables Either an HTML file or Zipped folder that can be uploaded directly into MailChimp, the email client.
