Social media and email collection for trade show

We are looking to either set up a new website or place some pages on existing site. We do not want to hurt SEO and PR on our main site. We do have alternate url we can use for this project. We want to collect email addresses and or social media followers at an upcoming event. We will be using a Surface tablet or an iPad. This can be an app or website, we just need the address bar and browser navigation to be hidden so we can go full screen. 1.) We have our welcome screen ([login to view URL]) and free screen ([login to view URL]). We would like them to have motion. Different elements like the company logo, event logo, text, etc. can slide into the frame (screen), almost like a screen saver when the app/website is idle. 2.) When someone taps the welcome screen or free screen 3.) When booth visitor clicks “get my free sample” they are then taken to the connect screen ([login to view URL]) 4.) Visitor will then click on one of the 4 icons. When they select an icon, a pop up window will appear to follow social media channel or sign up for email. 5.) Visitor will not be able to move past the “connect” screen unless they have chosen one of the connect options. They should be allowed to select as many options as they want, but they must have at least one before they can click next to move onto the “done” screen ([login to view URL]). If they do not pick one they should get the error code pop up ([login to view URL]). 6.) When they have completed the sign up and received their sample, we should be able to click the rest button so the process can start all over again. 7.) We need a secret way to exit the app or browser, could be something as simple as tapping in a corner 8.) We would also like a way to change the event logo. The “SEMA logo” on the [login to view URL] file 9.) We will provide mial chimp api for email sign up 10.) We will prove PSD file with different layers and folders with all graphics. We are not a large company so we are looking for an error free operation, but we are on a tight budget. We are open to proposals from web based to app based. We prefer a UWP app, but we do have one iPad we can use if that is more economical. We have other apps we are interested in developing in the future as long as our budget allows it.
