Two printers - a Brother and a Canon - have problems with their colour inkjets. The Brother is ok with Blue and Red but not Yellow. the Canon is similar. Internal cleaning routines are not not working - probably left too long

Hi, I am just leaving a response here regarding this issue. Canon and Brother have built in print heads so if you tried using the print head cleaning option using the software on the system with no result then these printers need to be taken to printer repair shops. They need to use advanced physical methods to unclog these heads. Good luck
