Transfer my html site to a mobile-friendly CMS and rebuild my custom booking system on two sites

1. Transfer [login to view URL] to a CMS, preferably WordPress. I will provide a WordPress premium account (or similar, pending your CMS recommendation) to build on. I'm comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite and can supply any needed written content, images, and design elements. I'm also comfortable with HTML and PHP. New site must be mobile friendly and does not need to maintain the same design elements of the current site. I would prefer a website that emphasizes photos and offers ease of booking. Pages: • Home • Tours • Book • Calendar • Contact • Partners Booking system features: • Allows me to edit information fields (like those at [login to view URL]) • Spam-resistant (ideally using reCAPTCHA) • Connects with my existing PayPal account • Sends an email to book at [login to view URL] with booking information when the form is submitted. • Adds booking information to a Google spreadsheet (or other database) when the form is submitted. • Could a Google Form do all this and work with PayPal? • Optional Feature: Dynamic form (selecting a certain dropdown option auto-fills information in the remaining form or hides/shows additional information/fields). Is this possible with WordPress? 2. Integrate a similar booking system with [login to view URL] Connects to a separate PayPal account and separate database Pull Facebook dates and deliver/embed to [login to view URL] [login to view URL] DATES link currently links directly to Facebook, and I'd like to keep the information on [login to view URL] rather than linking off-site.
