Hi I would like someone to help me build a website whereby restaurants either fill in a template or upload a word doc/pdf file and the information then gets displayed onto the website. Furthermore, users/customers can either 'like' or 'dislike' the information (this however remains hidden to the public) and can only be seen by the registered restaurant.
