Redesign our blog and set up our store

Current Site: [login to view URL] We would like to redesign our blog and website . We would also like to set up an online store. Attached are two designs of what we are looking for roughly. The current website is using Craft as the CMS but we would prefer to use Wordpress moving forward. The store will contain about 15-30 products. We would like to integrate tictail for the payments. A shipping API is not necessary. We should be able to easily add and delete items in the store (Price, Picture, Description) Elements to be included: - An upper section that shows different categories of our blog posts (calling it community talks), while on of the sections (Squared boxes in the image) will be sponsored, to be placed in random locations and not fixed. - Events slider, where people can check different events, whether our own events, or external. That events will be basically put on website manually by us. - Jobs, will be listing recent jobs, and a link to be there to open the overall job platform. - Startups, will feature the top and most recent startups, featured on our website. - A right side column that will include latest news/posts. - A subscribe now box - Opinions: That is basically a very special type of articles, where we have some experts or relevant people mention an opinion, the users can click on that to basically start a real-time commenting on that opinion, we already have that commenting platform set. - More stories, will be endless scrolling of the stories from different categories we have. - In addition, please notice the top menu. One item in the top menu will be a featured menu item. As such, can be changed to link to different websites/pages. We will have a secondary menu as well, maybe a slide-down menu when a person click on events, or work with us, etc. There will be featuring to our products as well, such as arcticblast, arctic15, dealroom. Those will be just links to the main page of these products. - The website MUST as well adapt different tracking pixels possible to have. For instance, Google and Facebook pixel. That will be not just for who visit main page, but we should be able as well to add our pixel to be triggered when a person visit certain blog post, or certain category. The main website will take priority in terms of development as we need this done in 3 weeks time.
