Photoshop designer needed to remake and classify pictures for the new website -- 3

Hi, Looking for a very good and organized Photoshop designer who can prepare all products pictures from our existing Internet site for the new website we are working on creating. All existing pictures must be remade in a different size and format, be placed on a light gray background (Photoshop background code # efefef) and be classified in files that you will be responsible of creating on our server with a specific logic. We already have most psd files in high resolution and you will need to find them in different folders, that are not presently classified on our server in the same structure as our current web site. Once final, you would need to save the pictures in folders that you would create on our server, respecting exactly our current web site structure (path to our server will be provided). Some pictures are subjects (people) and some are static objects. You will take corresponding psd existing file in high resolution from our server and create two formats for each picture both 2000 X 2000 px.: One in psd format in 150 dpi resolution (cropped layer with no background, original background and cropped path included) and the second in jpg format at 60% quality resolution optimized for Internet. It must be created in psd and jpg as per two files attached here. For the pictures that we don’t have available in psd, we will provide new photos and you must crop them perfectly from high resolution jpeg. You must make sure the product luminosity is correct (colors, contrast and other) and that the products fill’s in as much as possible the background (minimum background and maximum product). Most pictures you will work with are originals, and for some, retouching will be necessary to enhance the appearance. Also, some pictures you will need to crop and completely remake in psd. Basically, the product must be flawless on the background. You will name the pictures based on their current title online and in lower case separated by dashes (hyphen), excluding any other special characters and respecting the following logic : Equipment name / type of product / color (if applicable) / gender (if applicable) / WKF (if applicable) / Arawaza. On our server, folders and subfolders must be created and these two formats of each pictures will be saved and classified in the exact same structure as our current website (respecting the exact layout as online). For example: On our web site [login to view URL] under All Products / Karate Product/ Fist Gear you will find one of our products named: Arawaza P.U. white Fist Gear. This Photoshop product’s picture must be name as follows : [login to view URL] and sent on our server in the file you will create and named Arawaza P.U. white Fist Gear under All Products / Karate Products / Fist Gear (respecting our current web site structure). Basically, you must prepare all online pictures from our website in above formats so we can take them and use them in the new site we are creating. We need very clean work and proper classification of pictures on our server also respecting our current web site structure. On our website, you would exclude working on the pictures from the following products: DVD / Videos and Books. SKILLS required: -Very good in Photoshop especially cropping details on people and objects. -Organized and methodical. -Diligent, structured work and efficient. -Very easy to communicate with. -Quick to answer and available online during north America Eastern time from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
