I'd like to build fully an Ad network with the attached files to simply describe what we intend to do. The Ad network help us to controls publishers's performance and to easy filter and match Ads with appropriate users by using their existed database or by collecting database. Our platform will include: 1/ Database server help advertiser can store their digital materials like image, video, ... ( The server and solution to serve Video will be built after and rewarded for the freelancer who reward this first projects too) 2/ Ad server with details function: + Can split the author rights to parties who involve to our ad network by separating ADvertiser account, agency account, publisher account with limited rights. + Generating script like google GDN or tracking link for pixels, click, action to track performance. + Can filter to display appropriate ADs for right users base on the database we collect from users and built database from times they access our publishers network's website. Details projects will be discuss further with partners who have interest on it.
