Editing pre-existing photoshop file

Need to utilize current photoshop .psd file to recreate a couple sample pages as attached. Just need the body (interior) switched out (header background and footer all remain the same) Of the following pages 1. Login/register (see attached example for contents required) 2. Account info (see attached example for contents required) 3. Checkout (see attached example for contents required) 4. The My Account page is just text right now, please give this a better user interface via icons or images Will provide source in psd format. You can reuse source and save as alternate pages. The 3 pages we need recreated are attached. The 4rth is currently a file but the body of the file are only text links.
