Brief To create an app for an internal Omnicom Media Group app - OMGene. What is the app?The app creates company engagement between employees, digitalises employee peer reviews, creates a platform for company donations & event participation, incentivises employees for good work and gives employees a voice to feedback to the company. The app is designed to create more employee engagement around company initiatives, in a fun, relaxed way. The design of the application is not corporate and mimics trends from social media. It combines CSR, social interaction and company matters in one platform. Theme Recommendations Please do not attempt to go for anything playful or cartoonish. We are not looking for something too corporate but there has to be a perfect balance between the playfulness and the seriousness of the logo.
