CRM for work at home agents

All it is doing is emailing the info into a crm. I need a cheap quick open source CRM built. These are open source meaning free for you to download and match my data to it. I use the [login to view URL] dialer and need 2 reports pulled from it. It is set to automatically email the reports out every hour, so you would have to figure a way to pull that info into the crm. One is leads and apps and the info to match off that one will be submits, who it was submitted to and who it was submitted by. Then total it by day or how ever you choice to filter and show many schools where submitted per agent and how many on average to each person talked to. The files attached, these files (reports) get sent hourly to any email. The second report is each agents hours, it shows 5 columns of time but they only get paid for 3 columns so you show all 5 and show only the 3 added up and add the other 2 separate so they see how much time they are missing by not working harder. I want it to be where every file with an agents name on it automatically sets up an account for them and all the other agents can see their hours and performance.
