dear client, what i understood is you want following things. 1. logo to be designed. 2. need to have cms system where you can post video on your website (considering video and other content will be provided by client) 3. other website maintenance activity. We can do the same. we need to discuss more about it and after that i will put final quote as it seem this will be a monthly hire based job option. the current bid is just a place holder bid.
