White label program brief for [login to view URL] Membership Site Due to customer demand, we need help in designing a white label solution for our business to business membership site: The product Our membership site is a B2B solution that provides ‘industry specific’ - Research and trend reports - Learning tools and resources - Skills and personal development We are the first to market (as far as we know) Our site is on the wordpress platform and our membership site is driven by wishlist member – we are happy to explore other options with increased functionality if you recommend. We also use Infusionsoft as our CRM platform so it would be good if we could connect with this The types of users and clients - Our clients who wish to adopt a white label version of our membership site include: o Associations o Government departments o Industry collectives Potential solutions It is really really important that the solution you provide is ‘idiot proof’ we are NOT developers and website stuff/maintenance is not our core skill – we are experts in research and marketing in our particular field. So please don’t assume we have a lot of knowledge in development, programming and membership sites. This is really important As such, any quotes should include ongoing maintenance or project management and a prediction of costs associated with any solution you would recommend. Pricing you quote will need to set for a period of 12 months if there are ongoing costs. We do not want costs that creep up (we have found this in the past). Therefore, please feel free to ask us as many questions you need to.
