Avatar Chatbot & Website (5 Month Pilot Project Only) 2 months development 3 months testing **************** We are creating a digital health front door for LGBTQIA+ people in regional areas of Queensland, Australia. Users will come to our website looking for health service recommendations. Once users provide symptoms, we will provide them with health service recommendations from existing Queensland websites. Once the correct health service has been recommended we will also provide a list of questions to ask their healthcare provider (based on the discussion with the avatar) and an option to receive basic health education. To keep the information users will be asked to screen capture the information and will have the option to email / sms the information to themselves. No information about the users should be kept. A feedback loop including a short survey for usability, acceptance and net promoter score for the experience should be embedded in the website. This will be anonymous. *************** I am looking for a skilled development team to create several (5-7) avatar chatbots for LGBTQIA+ clients and website for a customer support and assistance project. The goal of this project is to provide efficient and effective customer support to our users. We are aiming to provide users with recommendations to healthcare services available to support their needs. Th avatars will need to use large language models to have realistic conversations, and integrate databases of available healthcare services in Queensland, Australia. The avatars will all use the same LLMs but will look and sound different, appealing to different segments of the LBGTQIA+ community. Primary Features: -Avatar-based chatbot integration: The website should have seamless integration with a chatbot to enable real-time communication and assistance for our users. - A Content Management System: The website should have a user-friendly CMS that allows us to easily update and manage the service recommendations, ensuring a dynamic and engaging user experience. - Data Analytics & Reporting: The website should include data analytics and reporting capabilities, enabling us to track user interactions, analyze customer behavior, and make data-driven decisions for improving our support services. Design Style: - Friendly and bright: We are looking for a bright and contemporary design style that reflects our projects image and appeals to our target audience of LGBTQIA+ Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in avatar chatbot development and integration. - Strong expertise in web development and CMS implementation. - Experience in implementing data analytics and reporting systems. - Familiarity with modern design principles and the ability to create visually appealing websites. If you have the necessary skills and experience to take on this exciting project, please submit your proposal. I am interested to know how we can automate the health service recommendations, both extracting these from exiting websites and the rules around how they are recommended. You will need to walk me through this process. Once the process is set up, we may add services as they are discovered. The output of the interaction between the users and the avatar chat bot will be 1) service recommendations 2) a list of questions the user should ask of their healthcare professional, and 3) optional education. No identifiable information will be provided by users, however we may provide them with an option to email / sms a PDF of the information to them. No identifiable data should be stored by the website, however data analytics and reporting about the website use is critical.
