Hi, I have read the description of your job and here is my proposal. I am a full stack web developer. I build and design websites with Php(Backend) , Html and Css (most of the time I use Bootstrap and jQuery to speed up my projects). About the job, you said you want the background image and animation of your existing site to be changed. Regarding the background image, there are various kind of background image layout; one which covers the whole website or another which covers some part of the website. To do this, I will use Css. And about the animation, animation in web design is numerous. It will be helpful if you can provide what kind of animation(s) you want on your site. I am sure you will be impressed with my work.
