adapt our simple, existing login page for universal compatibility with mobile devices across multiple browsers

We seek a talented, experienced individual with a verifiable track record of excellence to modify our existing HTML page coding for compatibility/display adaptibility with mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.) across multiple browsers (Chrome, IE, Safari, Firefox, etc) in any rotation... including image resizing/orientation and uniformity of content display. Completed (original) project - from which we wil provide complete HTML - appears below: ********************************************************************* PRIOR (COMPLETED) PROJECT: This project is to create a single web page design template (basic HTML & CSS). The page is a generic wi-fi hotspot login page for car dealerships that can be used for any car brand. This page is served on the Wi-Fi hotspot login when users connect their wi-fi device. I have attached an image with a sample of a generic hot-spot login page, along with a screenshot of a car dealers website. We wish to incorporate the automotive elements from the car dealer page into the hotspot login page, and emulate the visual appearance of the dealership's page. Deliverable: - 1 single html document and any accompanying css/image files. - The new login page should be generic with the flexibility of changing car brand logo (or series of logos, for multiple lines) and vehicle images, as well as dealership name/logo. IE. Any car image/logo should be a standalone image and not part of the background/design. - The page must be valid XHTML compliant.
