Fix CSS Issue with Twitter Bootstrap to display in IE

I have an existing site done in Twitter Bootstrap (see attachment). For some reason it is not displaying in IE. I just need it to do just that. Simply display in IE as it does in Chrome. Requirements: - Just that the page not have scroll bars. Additional To-Do: - If you can add 1 text link somewhere in the footer for ABOUT US, that would goto the WHATS A BOOK APP div. Need this done by 2pm, Pacific Standard Time. Do not bid if you can not deliver. Thank you.
