User Types - Admin (CMS) Controls all users Assigns Users Edits data view client date before assigning the refferal make client data pending active or approved review client information label if client background check was made - Funding Organization - Client data input - Client Data Collection - First Name - Last Name - Children - Ages - DOL - Drivers license Information - Upload - Current address - Criminal background check authorization - Room Size Requested - Previous Resident Depending on ref feral complex all information from client intake form will be imprinted on complex application Free User - Apartment Complex (Should be listed by county) - Create profile - Apartment Name - Address - Contact Person - Email - Hours of Availability - Type of tenant seeking for - List available apartments unites with pictures and unit numbers and pricing - List of fees - list deposit amount - Application fee - Background check fee - Only 4 referral per month - Sign Waiver Paid User (300.00 Per Month or pay 50.00 per referral) Same As Above with Exeption - Unlimited Referrals - Email notification of new client referals - Pay for referral through paypal based on fee System should be able to let the referral organization do the following - login / login out - review pended information - new clients - fill out referral form (will attach document once bid is accepted) - will be able to upload files - leave notes and comments - track referrals (date sent - viewed - and processed) - schedule client interview with the complex online based on complex availability Once referral information has been set in place - the referral information can be approved, pended, or in review by admin Admin will be able to take referral data and create pre filled forms once approved such as lease, terms of lease, rental and deposit amount, copy of application, with signature already imprinted with client information admin can create accounts - delete accounts and reset passwords check and see when accounts were created and see a list of pending referrals
