I have images and a basic script that needs to be completed.

I'm building something similar to this page. [login to view URL] I have the background images, and the html template that is already coded. I would like someone to basically add the images to the template, and code a simple move your mouse over an image, and a small box appears with some text inside, just like website I shared. I have also attached a screen shot of what I want to accomplish. Project Time: I need to get this done in the next 2-3hours, so PLEASE REPLY ONLY if you can get it done right now. Project skills: A person who has understanding of html and web site development should be able to complete this in 10-15 minutes.
