Re-design a RoR landing page and functionality

We require the redesign of the landing page of our Ruby on Rails web application. We need reliable and robust code with no shortcuts. We would like the development pushed up to our staging environment for testing before being pushed up to the production environment. Attached is a mockup of the required changes to the web address [login to view URL] Tasks include; -Top menu item added -Feature slider automation and replacement -Video embedding -Advertising banner (GIF capable) placement (on front page and internal pages) with admin edit functionality added - Content editing and replacement - Added 'Quote request functionality'- These three request will take a user to a from to be completed and submitted. Submitting a form will notify the user of its success and be sent to a list of email addresses. Email address need to be admin editable. - Various links and artwork are itemized in the mockup. I have the PSD's of all artwork.
