We have a full-functioning website that needs rebuilding. It is too complex the user. We are a business coaching organisation for artists worldwide. We are modelling our new site on digitalmarketer.com. They have a very easy to navigate site and some very, very cool programming for the "Execution Plans" (something we need doing). It is a subscription site with the ability to continuously upsell so after the site is built there will be a monthly fee for maintenance and facilitation of new products and features. We collaborate with artists and business coaches around the world, encouraging them to blog for us as well as design products and tutorials for us. As a commerce site there will be be two forms: obviously the subscriber is continuously upsold to and the artist/ contributor will be paid a % of each sale when someone buys. Simple design.
