Build an Awesome Website

I will need you to create a weather website. This website is for people who search "how warm is miami in decemeber" You will need to record all the weather temperatures of every city in the world. You will need to pull the temperature data from another website from the past 10-15 years. You will create an average temperature of the temp the whole day. Each day passes the average should be updated for all the cities. You will have to make the averages update everyday. (automatically). So in 20 years people will be able to see the average temperature on October 25th for the past 30-35 years.(must pull 10-15 years of data). I am talking about all cities in the world. You will have to get information from [login to view URL] or another site. You will need to make the website really nice and show "Morning Temperature" "Afternoon Temperature" "Night Temperature" then if the user wants more specific averages, you show them the averages of each hour "Hourly Temperature" Make sure the website has many features. You will need to create many pages. you do not need to create a page for each city, you will need it to automatically create it. You know what to do :) Some features: Member system - allow users to sign up with facebook and email. Profile picture, bio etc etc Blog/Comment section for users to post there thoughts on the weather on that time - only registered users can comment Ad removal - make the ads dissapear for the premium users who pay $5 a year to remove the ads aka Premium give few bennifets member level system- levels 1 - 5. Everyone is a level one but each time you post 50 posts you rank up one or something like that. level 5 = free adremoval for life moderator - allows people to remove comments thats people post or delete accounts, ban ips User ranks - have a badge next to there username - like P for premium A for admin M for moderator make very user friendly Member favorite system - allow users to like a location or bookmark there desired location that they want to go see or something. advertisement editor - allows me to edit advertisements very easily advertisement related - if a user searches miami weather decemeber the ads will show miami hotel advertisements I will need you to edit/make changes a lot.
