I need one 8X11 inch flyer designed and one 4X6 inch postcard designed. This will be for print NOT HTML. DETAILS - PLEASE READ: 1 page advertising flyer (8 inches X 11 inches) front side design only for print. 1 postcard flyer (4 inches X 6 inches) both sides designed for print. The design for both the flyer & postcard can be the same. I will provide content for you so you can put it on the flyer & the postcard. The purpose of the flyer is to promote our mortgage & real estate services. I need the design to look to have a mortgage or real estate theme. Ideally, we are looking for a professionally designed flyer that we can mail out to customers. The flyer will be used in print format, NOT html format. I need this done fast. If you are too busy with projects, please don't bid. Please PM me your samples and how long it would take for you to finish this project. Sorry but I will only consider bidders with feedback. I will also require all source files once you're done. Please note we prefer designs on Photoshop. Please feel free to PM me if you have any further questions.
