Logo Redesign

I am looking to redesign a logo for a machinist shop. The shop builds, maintains, and fabricates equipment for steel, paper, and industrial factories. I have their current logo (is attached), but want it to be redesigned to brand better in today's market. It will be used for both print and web applications. If the client opts not to move forward with this project for any reason, I have other clients with the same needs as described, so you may be presented with a different client background prior to commencing work. I also have continued projects (approx. 1-5 per month) to give to the selected provider Provider needs to provide up to 3 proofs, but the first proof may be authorized if it pleases the client. Final files must be layered and in either .ai, .eps, or .psd format. GAF escrow will be used for payment.
