We have a modern however upscale community living place designed for military personnel and recent college graduates. This trendy, however modern residence creates a hassle free environment. The house periodically re-furnished and revamped with new decor. All public rooms and bedrooms are fully furnished. All resident pay one all-inclusive rate that will no matter who moves in or out the place. As young professionals we strive to make the ultimate living experience. The house compiled of young professionals and service members who are looking for more than room, however a fun living experience while creating new cool friends. In 4 years the XXXXXXX has housed over 20 young professionals, navy, air force and marine service members. The XXXXXXXX is a unique solution to military and recent college graduates new to the area. There is a mix of both traditional and upscale off-base/campus housing options, but the XXXXXXXX concept, not surprisingly, the preferred choice. Come January 2012, we will hit the drawing boards for the XXXXXXXXXXX WE need a contemporary, hip, modern, clean logo that would appeal to this concept. Please be open to designing some business cards and 4x6 promos flyers to go with this logo.
