Design Work for a 120-Page Newsletter

I have a newsletter which needs to be broken down into 8 separate sections (8 separate PDFs required). I am planning on producing a newsletter every month, so there is the potential here for ongoing work. This is the first newsletter and is longer than the others (120 pages in total), which will probably be around 40-60 pages in length. All of the content is completed, so there is no need to amend any of the content. Only the design and appearance needs changing. The newsletter includes numerous tables, graphs and charts, so experience/ability at making these look attractive and professional would be required. The newsletter also includes a lot of financial and economic information, so experience in designing newsletters that include this kind of information would be very useful. An understanding of how this kind of information is usually presented would be advantageous. Finally, as the delivery of this newsletter will be time-critical in the future, the ability to complete this work quickly every month at the same time of the month will be essential. Also, maybe only 1-2 photos will be required. These will be provided.
