Background Illustrations for Mobile Game

Hi there ! I'm looking for an illustrator/designer to work on some backgrounds for a mobile game I'm working on. The draw style should be similar to Jetpack Joyride, blended edges, nice and smooth light and shadow effects, well selected color scheme, etc. I have also a few more examples to show to give you an idea about how the backgrounds should look. There are 6 different backgrounds to design, 1500 x 6150 px size, more or less 5 different layers per background to use with parallax effect and loop. I'll provide more info and the complete brief to those ones I think are qualified to do the designs, if you are a junior and don't have much experience, please don't waste your/my time and bids, this is a work for Seniors and Art Directors, serious work. Budget for this project: US$200. I have more incoming projects to work so I hope to see some good portfolios and designers out of there to add to my team !
