Cottage extension, Sweden

I would like to sketch out a few options for my summer cottage and need it in Google SketchUp. The bidder will have to spend only two hours modelling the existing house from architect sketches and photos, after which I will check the work and see if we can move forward. Next step is to model different extensions to the house, at a running hourly rate. See attached files for sketches and photos of the existing house. All trees and bushes closest to the house are gone. There is also a map, so that you may consider the yard and the roads. My property is the one most in the center of the page. House is 10.5 by 5.2 meters, everything is by scale in the sketches. This is not a life and death project, so let's have fun!
