It is important that you can use the lingo of a fisherman in order to effectively communicate with the target audience. I am looking to build a long term relationship with someone and continue to give them many different writing projects. Expect the book to contain somewhere between 150-200 fishing recipes broken down by type of fish. Each recipe should contain a complete list of ingredients and cooking equipment required for the meal as well as detailed instructions on how to cook the meal, serving sizes, estimated time needed, nutritional information, and safety information regarding the potential hazards of certain fish (mercury, etc) and how to ensure the fish is high quality and safe to eat (texture, color, etc). This book will be geared towards fishermen, not necessarily the average home cook, so instructions on how to properly prepare, gut, and filet each fish must also be included.
