I've been developing video games independently for around thirteen years now, with four spent in Unity. I handle all aspects of development, except for situations when I can justify bringing in a specialist (for example, I work with an audio guy on everything, and we also contract out to purely-art-focused people for certain projects). I do the programming (comfortable with both C# and JS in Unity), game design, level design, narrative, project/contractor management, and so on. "Full-indie," if you will. Because of this, I can be as involved or as detached as you would like from the decision-making process of your game's development.
