Uneven Floor Assessment & Intervention

As the homeowner, I am dealing with a situation where some rooms in my house have uneven floors. The current flooring material is non-existent as I have removed it to get a closer look at the issue. I need to have this observed by a structural engineer before my HOA shims the floor which could be in a few days. The subfloor has been removed in a couple places, so it is easy to observe that the truss tops are uneven, and the double 2x4 top plate they are sitting on is unlevel.
