Flash for a Web Design Firm

Hello, Please see attached for the website address and email address. I need a flash banner and need it now. So if you have some cool flash banner to fit that space already made and in need of some slight modifications please send me a link to it. My site launches in two days and I need the flash component ASAP. I will pay $50 to the winner. This is a featured project so don't bid just email me. I don't like logging in to GAF everytime to review your posts, just email me. If you don't have anything quick but do excellent work submit your resume to the address as well. I've paid close to $1000 already to a couple of people for work through my web design firm. I look forward to all of your bids. I prefer someone with there own business and full time staff if you are submitting a resume anyone can send me what they have for the web design firm flash.
