Edit a Flash site & Images

I am looking for someone that knows flash well enough. I will be sending you the fla files to edit with new information and you will need to change the images. Hopefully this designer will know something about coding for myspace because once you are done with the site, I need you to also send me the proper code needed to add it to myspace. I also need the person to write down in a word documnet how they made the changes in the fla files and how they edited the photos. I will be sendin you photos that need to be edited as follows: I need the person in the photo to be cut out and removed from all the other objects in the photo. I do want back all source files and transparent gif of the images that are cut out. THank you. Also the link I provided you has a very nice flower flash thing at the top, I would like some kind of nice flash like that to be added to my flash that I will send you. Thank you again. My budget is $30 because I already paid for the flash and all you'll be doing is editing text, adding text, a new flash layer and editing the photos to replace the ones that are already there.
