New company started by friends needs a website designer who can help us with our dream. We are on a tight budget but we are looking for someone long-term and will refer all of our friends/collegaues your way if your work is good. We need a website that will be able to collect information via polls/surveys and web based marketing and we will need someone to update the site for us as new information needs to be obtained.
