Video editing

Hi Freelancers, I have a problem - I have a very short video clip in which a pattern of light is shown (few seconds in a loop) reflecting of a blue surface... now I need that same pattern of light to be reflected of a surface with a different hue... Only one problem - I have the flv file which I use in my software application but I do not have the original source files any more. So I'm wondering if any of you guys can help me out there? I've got the flv file so if any of you want to take a look at it to see what it's like before giving me their final bid then that's acceptable A really nice quick short but well paid piece of work for the right individual.
