Hi this is my 3rd time posting this project, dont know why we cant find the right person who understands this project. Please read very carefully before bidding. We need someone who can setup Adobe flash media server and configure it to work fully scale even on mobile devices since it supports it. Also we need to record on server side for any video broadcasting. Please do not bid if you have never done this, we need only experts. We need to mask our custom logo on the live video and banner for text on footer of video, plus put ads in live video and we need this to work on all platform and IOS mobile devices.
