Finish Incomplete Website

I am seeking a PROFESSIONAL web desinger to finish my incomplete website. I never received my admin panel information, but I have my source code file. I will like to add a classifieds section to my website that is similiar to the website www.loopnet.com. I wantr visitors to be able to post commercial real estate listings and pics without having to use a lot my hosting space. Also, I would like for visitors to be able to share website on Facebook and Twitter. My website is currently on Joomla and I need it transfered to a more user friendly admin panel. I will also need a new username and password to access my new admin panel.
