Map Replication

I am looking for a replication of the given map example. However,it would be a map to my address. I am looking for the exact design and animation. I am only looking for serious bidders! Good examples of your work for instance illustrations, graphic design, or animation would help me decide. I am spilting this project into two parts so you can bid on just one part or both: A) Illustration reproduce in vector for flash map. B) Completed flash map using illustration in part(A). I require that you send me all source files and complete instructions for updating or editing the map after the work is completed. If, you PM I will send you more information about this project. Also, I am accepting quotes for either parts of the project.
